This rate applies to Niagara County residents and residents of other New York state counties who present a certificate of residence.

Out-of-State Students

$5,232 Per Semester

This rate is for students who reside outside of New York state, and for New York state residents who do not reside in Niagara County and do not present a certificate of residence.

Three factors that affect tuition are how many credits hours you take, when you take them, and where you live.

If you live in any New York state county other than Niagara County, then you’re going to want to get a document called a “certificate of residence.” That’s because students who live in New York state pay lower tuition than those who don’t.
