Celebrate the holiday season at Gingerbread Village, now in its second year under our new name! Step into a world of sweetness and sparkle, where gingerbread creations come to life and holiday magic fills the air. Wander through a whimsical holiday setting filled with candy-covered cottages, frosted landscapes, and imaginative gingerbread displays that capture the wonder of the season. Each creation is crafted with care, designed to delight children and adults.

The fun continues with festive food stations serving up cozy seasonal treats, including warm soups and holiday sweets — perfect for enjoying as you stroll through the village. Families can spend the day soaking in the cheerful atmosphere, snapping festive photos, and making memories together.

Whether it’s your first visit or a new family tradition, Gingerbread Village is the perfect way to celebrate the spirit of the season.

Tickets will be available for purchase during the Gingerbread Village hours at the first-floor reception desk and the 2^nd floor Kiosks near the Mise en Place Kitchen.

Cookie kits will be sold during Gingerbread Village on December 5 & 6 at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute (28 Old Falls Street, Niagara Falls).

Get Festive with Chef Mia! Learn how to mix and work with royal icing, practice your piping and flooding techniques, and decorate four stunning cookies to take home (if you can resist eating them first!):

Saturday, December 5th | 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Join Chef Cathy Barron for a festive, hands-on Gingerbread House Decorating Workshop where creativity and frosting collide!

You’ll learn how to:

Mix and work with royal icing
Pipe like a pro with a decorating bag
Turn ice cream cones into Christmas trees
Design and decorate your very own gingerbread house masterpiece!

Each participant will take home a holiday-ready gingerbread house to proudly display — or enjoy as a sweet treat!

$60 per house/participant
