Your Situation Determines Your Cost
Three factors that affect tuition are how many credits hours you take, when you take them, and where you live.
If you live in any New York state county other than Niagara County, then you’re going to want to get a document called a “certificate of residence.” That’s because students who live in New York state pay lower tuition than those who don’t.
Full-time Rates for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025
Students taking at least 12 credit hours


$2,568 Per Semester
This rate applies to Niagara County residents and residents of other New York state counties who present a certificate of residence.




$5,136 Per Semester
This rate is for students who reside outside of New York state, and for New York state residents who do not reside in Niagara County and do not present a certificate of residence.

Rates for Winter 2025 and Summer 2025
During winter and summer terms, the college charges at the part-time credit hour rate no matter how many credit hours a student takes. There is no maximum charge.
