Your Situation Determines Your Cost

Three factors that affect tuition are how many credits hours you take, when you take them, and where you live.

If you live in any New York state county other than Niagara County, then you’re going to want to get a document called a “certificate of residence.” That’s because students who live in New York state pay lower tuition than those who don’t.

How to get a certificate of residence

Full-time Rates for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026

Students taking at least 12 credit hours

New York State Residents

$2,616 Per Semester

This rate applies to Niagara County residents and residents of other New York state counties who present a certificate of residence.

Out-of-State Students

$5,232 Per Semester

This rate is for students who reside outside of New York state, and for New York state residents who do not reside in Niagara County and do not present a certificate of residence.

Rates for Winter 2025 and Summer 2025

During winter and summer terms, the college charges at the part-time credit hour rate no matter how many credit hours a student takes. There is no maximum charge.

If you have not yet signed up to receive your Form 1098-T electronically, please do so by giving your consent. Follow the link above and complete the step-by-step instructions.

Your Form 1098-T will be provided by the end of January. If electronic consent is not received by January 1, your Form 1098-T will be mailed to the address on file.
