Brightspace Pulse App is optimized for mobile devices with the following operating
systems:
- iOS 11.0 or later on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch – Download from Apple Store
- Android 6.0 (2015 release) or later on tablets or phones – Download from Google Play
Download Instructions
Download the Brightspace Pulse app and log into your account using the instructions below. Once logged into your account you will have access to notifications and all courses inside Brightspace.
Step 1. Select “Next” to never miss a deadline
Step 2. Select “Next” to take it with you
Step 3. Select “Next” to stay up-to-date
Step 4. Select “Get Started” to keep a pulse in what is new in all your classes
Step 5. In the search option type the word “Niagara” and select Niagara County Community College https://mylearning.suny.edu
Step 6. Select “Network Users” to login to Brightspace
Step 7. In the drop-down list select “Niagara” campus
Step 8. Type in your Twolves Username and enter your password (e.g. jsmith123@mynccc.niagaracc.suny.edu)
Step 9. Verify your identity

Access Office 365 Go to→ https://www.office.com/
Instructions: How to change password
- Sign in using current credentials: student123@mynccc.niagaracc.suny.edu (full email address)
- select your initials in the top right corner select ‘View Account’
- on the left pane select ‘Password’
- enter Old Password once and new password twice
- select submit
**your password is now updated for ALL SUNY Niagara logins
How to clear cache and cookies in browser.
Recommended to clear Cache and Cookies in Chrome before or after logging in:
– Hit Ellipse button (three dots in the top right corner) in Chrome
– Click on Settings–>Select Privacy and security –>Clear Browsing Data Select: Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files
– Click Clear Data (button)–>Close and reopen Chrome.

YuJa is a video management platform (like a private YouTube for SSU classes) that includes video recording and editing software. This organization tool allows students to access recording tools, share recordings with their class, or securely submit recordings to an instructor.
