Students will learn how to properly screen and evaluate clients for safe participation in an exercise program, design and implement exercise prescriptions for multiple populations and goal attainment, and apply the principles of exercise in a personal training environment. A Personal Trainer Certification is available through the National Council of Strength and Fitness upon successful completion of the course.
