NFCI Orientation 2026

All new NFCI students are required to attend Fall Orientation. This interactive experience is designed to prepare you for a successful start at NFCI. During orientation, you’ll meet your chef instructors, classmates, and support staff; tour the facility, kitchens, and labs; learn important program expectations and safety procedures; pick up your knife and baking kits; and become familiar with the resources available to support your success.
