Participation Policy for Vendors and Businesses

SUNY Niagara reserves the right to deny entry to any business or person. To participate, your business must be in good legal standing with New York State. SUNY Niagara campuses are federally funded and prohibit the use and possession of cannabis that surpasses the total THC limit of 0.3%.  Products that exceed the total THC limit of 0.3% are prohibited from sale and consumption on school property.  This includes all THC isomers, such as Delta 8, and THCA flower.
