Workforce Development Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Students who withdraw from a Workforce Development course may be eligible for a tuition refund, based on the following schedule:

For Courses Longer Than 10 Hours

  • 100% Refund – If withdrawal occurs before the first day of the scheduled class.
  • 75% Refund – If withdrawal occurs on the first day but before the second day.
  • 50% Refund – If withdrawal occurs on the second day but before the third day.
  • 25% Refund – If withdrawal occurs on the third day but before the fourth day.
  • 0% Refund – If withdrawal occurs on or after the fourth day of class.

For Courses 10 Hours or Less
  • 100% Refund – If withdrawal occurs before the first day of the scheduled class.
  • 0% Refund – If withdrawal occurs on or after the first day of the class.

Note: This refund policy does not apply when registration and payment are made directly through a third-party course provider (not SUNY Niagara). In those cases, students must follow the payment and refund policies provided by that course provider.

Non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal!

To officially withdraw from a course, students must complete the Workforce Development Course Withdrawal Form.

SUNY Niagara Reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses due to insufficient enrollment.
