SUNY Niagara is seeking experienced, clinically focused nurses interested in sharing their knowledge and helping develop Nursing students.

Evening clinical instructor opportunities are available in our Practical Nursing (PN) Certificate:
Long-Term Care Clinicals
Monday or Wednesday Evenings
4:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Required Qualifications:

In exceptional circumstances, candidates with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) may be appointed to a clinical instructor role on a limited-term basis if they:
– Currently licensed and practicing as a Registered Nurse in the clinical specialty area assigned;
– Has demonstrated experience precepting, mentoring, or orienting new nurses or nursing students; and
– Commits to enrolling in an accredited MSN program within an agreed-upon timeframe.
