Part Time Horticulture/Cannabis Instructor

General Description:

SUNY Niagara has a need for a part time Instructor to teach various courses in the Horticulture/Cannabis program.
Courses may include the following:
-Cannabis: Society, Policy, and Compliance
-Cannabis Pest Management
-Cannabis Production
-Biology of Cannabis
-Medical Applications of Cannabis
-Cannabis Products and Technologies
-Intro to Biochemistry of Cannabis
Early Childhood Education (birth – preschool) courses may include the following:

• • Early Childhood Education,
  • Anti-Bias in Early Childhood Education,
  • Infant and Toddler Care and Education

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of Associate of Applied Science degree in Horticulture or related field, or sufficient horticulture/cannabis industry work experience to include experience in public speaking, training, and/or management-level positions.
• Must be proficient in MS Office or similar for the development of course materials.
