Technical Assistant: ACE Michelle has served as the Front Desk Technical Assistant since 2022, where she enjoys helping students helping students navigate ACE resources and connecting them with the support they need to succeed. She earned a Master's degree in School Counseling from Niagara University, a Bachelor's degree in History from Buffalo State University, and is a proud alumna of SUNY Niagara.
