Coordinator of the Academic Center for Excellence (ACE) Madison Ebsary serves as the Coordinator of the Academic Center for Excellence (ACE) at SUNY Niagara, where she leads the college's comprehensive academic support services, including tutoring, academic coaching, student success initiatives, and learning support programming. A proud SUNY Niagara alumna, Madison has dedicated her career to supporting the success of the institution's students. Since joining SUNY Niagara in 2015, she has held a variety of roles focused on student learning and success, including English instructor, Reading Program Coordinator, Study Abroad Coordinator, and Coordinator of ACE. As coordinator, Madison is committed to creating welcoming, student-centered learning environments that empower students to become confident, independent learners. She has led numerous initiatives to expand academic support services, modernize operations through technology, strengthen assessment practices, and develop innovative programs that improve student engagement, retention, and academic achievement. Madison actively contributes to institutional and SUNY-wide initiatives related to student success, online learning, and artificial intelligence in higher education. She serves on several campus committees and regularly presents at regional and national conferences on learning center administration, assessment, tutoring, and student support. In recognition of her leadership and service, she received the 2026 SUNY Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Professional Service and the SUNYCUAD Excellence Award for Strategic Communications. Madison earned her associate degree from SUNY Niagara, a bachelor's degree in English Education from Niagara University, and a master's degree in Literacy from Buffalo State University. She is also a Level II Certified Learning Center Leader (LCLC) through the International College Learning Center Association (ICLCA). Above all, Madison believes that every student deserves access to high-quality academic support and opportunities to succeed. She is passionate about building collaborative partnerships across campus and fostering a culture where students feel welcomed, supported, and capable of achieving their educational goals.
