Student Tutor Hannah is a second-year nursing student at SUNY Niagara and a student tutor in the Academic Center for Excellence (ACE). Currently in her third semester of the Registered Nursing program, she enjoys helping other students build confidence by breaking down difficult concepts in ways that make them easier to understand. Outside of school, Hannah works in a clinical setting, where she is gaining hands-on healthcare experience alongside her nursing education. After becoming an RN, she is particularly interested in critical care nursing, especially the CVICU, as well as aesthetic and surgical nursing. When she isn’t studying, working, or tutoring, Hannah enjoys going to the gym, playing video games, spending time with her cats, and trying new healthy vegetarian foods. One of her favorite parts of tutoring is helping students discover study strategies that work for them and seeing the moment when challenging concepts finally click.
