Future Forward 2026-2030 Outcome Benchmarks

The following reports show our performance on the College’s Targets and Commitments. To pursue a broad and ambitious strategy around student success, the College’s persistence, retention, and graduation targets form the foundation of the entire strategic plan. We report these for the College, for each Future Forward Commitment, and for each of the College’s administrative divisions. This allows for the entire strategic plan to establish accountability and facilitate tracking.

1. College Targets: We have six college-level targets focused on student success. We measure our success to the target here and summarize our current status.
2. Commitments: Each Commitment is supported by distinct enablement plans housed within the College’s administrative divisions.
3. Divisions: We show the target and commitment assignments and outcomes relative to our divisions.

Commitments

The College’s Strategic Plan – Future Forward – is supported by Enablement Plans designed to deliver performance outcomes. Those outcomes are shown in this section at the level of the College’s Commitments, and these constitute the College’s promise to its community for how it will advance its targets. This means that Commitments and their Enablement Plans are necessarily more granular than the College Targets.

Divisions

The work of Future Forward is performed by our amazing staff and faculty. We use internal project management tools to manage assignments and reports. Assignments are made at the unit level and constitute a unit’s annual action plan in support of Future Forward. This allows the College to ensure that all targets and commitments are properly staffed and accountable.
