E. Bryan Dalporto was appointed as a Trustee by the Governor in January 2025. He has over 30 years as a Professional Law Enforcement Officer and Executive.  He is the retired Police Superintendent (Chief) of the City of Niagara Falls Police Department.  He is also a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel serving for 28 years in the Active Duty Air Force, Air Force Reserves and Air National Guard. Trustee DalPorto has a Master’s Degree from Niagara University in Criminal Justice Administration, a Bachelor Degree from State University of New York, Empire State College in Criminal Justice and an Associate’s Degree from Niagara County Community College in Criminal Justice.  He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. Currently Chief DalPorto is the Director of Security for the City of Niagara Falls School District.Â
