Activate your meal plan

• If you had a meal plan from the previous semester and still have the same student ID, then your new meal plan for the current semester will be active on the first day of classes. There is no action needed on your part to activate your meal plan. 

• If you received a new student ID that needs reactivating or you are a NEW resident in Housing this semester, then you will need to follow the instructions below for Spring semester activation. 
  • Please email the Housing inbox at Housing@niagaracc.suny.edu with a picture of the front and back of your student ID. The subject line of the email should say ” Housing Meal Plan Activation.” Housing will then reply to your email once it has been activated.
  • For immediate assistance, please visit the College Association offices on the main campus in G-215.
  • For any other meal plan-related inquiries or if you would like to update your meal plan within the first two weeks of the semester, please email the Housing inbox.
