Appointment Cancellations

If you cannot attend a tutoring appointment, you must cancel before the scheduled start time. Failure to do so (no show) will result in a warning email, and repeated missed appointments may lead to losing appointment privileges. You can cancel by:

Calling the ACE front desk at (716) 614-6724 (voicemail accepted)
Emailing ACE at ace@niagarcc.suny.edu with appointment details
Cancelling through your PENJI account
