The Niagara Falls Culinary Institute (NFCI) is a world-class culinary school located in the heart of the Niagara region. With two restaurants on campus, students can get an up close and personal experience with some of the best chefs in the world. Visit with us to experience foods prepared for you with pride by the students of NFCI.
