Commercial Driver License Program

160 Driving Academy, a top school for training truck drivers, is now offering a program leading to a commercial license that puts students behind the wheel of an in-demand career at the SUNY Niagara Campus.

According to the American Truck Associations (ATA), the largest and most comprehensive national trade group for the trucking industry, over 3.5 million people were employed as truck drivers employed in 2023. However, the ATA also has estimated that there is a shortage of 60,000 or more commercial truck drivers in the U.S.

160 Driving Academy program is flexible to meet busy adults’ needs. Students can choose between a 160-hour or a 200-hour course, and they take classes either during the day or in the evening.
