Building Maintenance Person II

General Description:

This position will provide a consistent 40 hour per week schedule with overtime opportunities. In addition to the salary, SUNY Niagara provides phenomenal benefits for our employees. Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma
• Three (3) years of paid experience in large-scale facilities maintenance, general building construction, general building maintenance, or repair work. Experience must be in more than one of the skilled trades, such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting, masonry, etc.
• Possession of a valid New York State motor vehicle license at time of appointment and for the duration of employment.
