Kitchen Competencies will provide a basic education in culinary skills and industry operations-sanitation, culinary foundations, and a hands-on course at Savor at Niagara Falls Culinary Institute.- CUL 130 Sanitation and Safety, 2 credits
- CUL 121 Culinary Foundations, 3 credits
- CUL 223 Restaurant I, 2 credits
