Let’s Get Cooking!

The general public can experience the Niagara Falls Culinary Institutes’ state-of-the-art facilities and staff by signing up for a cooking class, youth camp, and workforce development training. NFCI also offers the option to reserve space for private parties and events.

Classes and Events

The Niagara Falls Culinary Institute offers a variety of hands-on culinary and baking classes.

One-hour cooking demonstrations in the Culinary Theatre with sample tastings.

Youth camps made for children and teens between the ages of 8 and 17 years.

Join us on February 22 at 6PM for a special Savor Seasonal Wine Dinner featuring Chef Bobby Anderson, a leader in the culinary industry and a passionate advocate for workforce development in our community.

Private group and team building classes focus on everything from appetizers to chopped competitions.

NFCI has state-of-the-art facilities and staff ready to help you train and develop your staff’s skills to comply with state and national requirements and the needs of your company.
