Office of Information Technology

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is a dedicated service department responsible for supporting all technology throughout the College. Our goal is to provide an updated, reliable, and secure computing environment that assists students in meeting their educational goals.

Open Access Computing

Located in the Academic Center for Excellence (ACE), which is on the second floor of the Lewis Library, there are over sixty computers available for student use. The computers are installed with Windows 10 operating system, Office 2019, and other academic specific software. The lab is staffed to provide general computer assistance and the lab hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

In addition to the computers in ACE, twenty-four computers are available in the E-Commons on the first floor of the Learning Commons atrium. The computers are available for student use when the College is open.

Each semester a $40 printing credit is applied to every student’s ID card which can be used to either print to the two black and white printers or the color printer located in the Academic Center for Excellence or one black and white printer located in the E-Commons.
