Are you a welder seeking to enhance your job prospects with formal certification? If so, this course is for you!
Students who enroll in SUNY Niagara’s Welding Certification Program will be able to choose between either AWS or DOT certification. Students will become familiar with testing requirements and needed skills through the classroom portion of this program, and then sit for the actual exam after having the opportunity to practice these required skills.
*This program is will not teach basic welding. If you are planning to enroll in this class you should be able to weld (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW) solidly together two pieces of 1″ steel, with properly laid down stringers or weaves before you apply to the program. *

Class Dates: Monday through Thursday, May 19, 20, 21, and 22nd, 2025 5:00-9:00pm
Exam Date: Wednesday, May 28, 2025 5:00-9:00pm
Cost of Course: $695
