Congratulations on this new chapter of your life. Thank you for agreeing to take this dynamic and challenging position. You have already accomplished so much in the short time you have been here. I appreciate what you have done and the direction you want the college to go in. This college really has been in need of someone with your vision for a long time and I am happy to have someone like you to lead us.

On a personal note, I truly appreciate the support you have shown me and my department, as well as, our Division. I mentioned to you that I have never, in the 25 years of employment at SUNY Niagara, felt that level of support and often felt no support. Thank you very much.
