CADD Instructor

General Description:

SUNY Niagara is seeking a full-time, tenure track instructor in CADD.  The CADD program and department are housed in the Business and STEM Division.  The CADD Instructor will be responsible for student advisement, assessment of learning outcomes, participation in divisional and college activities, and all required duties as outlined in the Faculty Handbook. The typical teaching load is 15 lecture hours or 18 lecture/lab hours per semester, which will be comprised of both face-to-face instruction on campus and, once necessary training is completed, online modalities. In addition, the instructor will be responsible for attending regular office hours, meetings on campus, and participating in committees. Teaching assignments may be during day, evening, or weekend hours. The instructor may be tasked with coordination of the CADD program.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in CADD or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years (or part time equivalent) teaching experience in higher education
• Minimum two (2) years industry experience
