SUNY Niagara is seeking an energetic and innovative Assistant Director of the NCCC Foundation to help advance the mission of the College and inspire philanthropy that transforms lives. This is a grant- funded position, reporting to the Director of Development of the NCCC Foundation, Inc.
As the Assistant Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the Foundation’s fundraising and engagement efforts through program management, alumni relations, communications and event coordination. Working closely with the Director of Development, you’ll help design and execute campaigns, events and stewarship activities that strenghen donor relations, cultivate alumni pride, and elevate the College’s visibility in the community.
To be successful in this role the candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills including demonstrated public speaking ability, and excellent organizational and time-management skills. The succesful candidate should also have a commitment to serving the college community.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree;
Three years paid experience with a nonprofit organization,
Hands-on experience in fund raising with a proven track record of success,
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint),
Strong written and oral communications skills including demonstrated public speaking ability,
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Commitment to serving the college community.
Possession of a valid NYS Driver’s License
