Student Life is committed to encouraging and promoting the well-being of the whole student body by providing leadership opportunities. These opportunities help students to develop a skill set that will not only help them succeed in their college careers but also succeed in their everyday life. Orientation Leader
An Orientation Leader (OL) gives information to freshmen and transfer students about SUNY Niagara programs, activities, and services. OL’s assist with all Orientation events and play a vital role in helping to facilitate the adjustment of new students to the SUNY Niagara campus community. The Orientation Leader position is an outstanding opportunity for any student interested in gaining leadership skills. Applications are available at the end of each Spring Semester!
Student Ambassador
A Student Ambassador provides assistance to other students, organizations, and other campus activities.
Work Study
A Work Study works hand in hand with our Student Ambassadors. Students will work in the food pantry, advertise for Student Life events, provide assistance to students, faculty, and staff when needed, along with any additional tasks necessary in the Office of Student Life.
