Jasmine Rivers Business Advisor Jasmine is an accomplished professional with more than fifteen years of experience in aviation, five years in corporate security, and additional expertise in construction. She began her career at American Airlines, where she advanced through multiple operational and compliance roles while earning her bachelor’s degree from Villa Maria College. As a Compliance Coordinator, she trained teams on internal financial controls and guided organizations through OSHA, TSA, FAA, Cargo, and Environmental audits, working closely with federal agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and operational integrity. Recognizing after the COVID-19 pandemic that many small businesses lacked the infrastructure and compliance readiness to compete for contracts, Jasmine launched her own consulting practice in 2023 to strengthen minority- and women-owned businesses. She has since developed programs such as SCOPE—an eight-week training initiative that educates entrepreneurs on contracting requirements, certification utilization, and sustainable growth strategies—and partnered with the Small Business Development Center to expand her impact.
