Records Office Mission

The Records Office shall provide personalized quality service which is accessible and responsive to a diverse community. The Office is charged with compliance to all federal, state, and institutional regulations and policies as applicable to the areas of registration and records. Services are designed to preserve the integrity, accuracy, and privacy of academic records while enabling students to obtain services efficiently.

What types of services are available?

The Records Office provides a range of services to support students in managing their academic records. These include course audits, withdrawals, and enrollment verifications, as well as processing changes to personal information such as name, gender, address, or Social Security number. Students can also access support for registration, S/U grading options, transfer credit evaluations, and transcript requests. Each service is designed to ensure accurate, efficient, and secure handling of academic information.
