Job Title: Photo Lab
Department: Operations Reports to: Photo Lab Supervisor
Responsibilities/Duties
Guest Services
● Greet customers and deliver first class service
● Take, produce and/or sell customer photos taken prior to helicopter take-off
● Hold doors, bring clients to photo lab
● Handle customer complaints, concerns and questions
● Meet VIP’s and FAM Tours, provide them with photos and answer their questions
● Inform Tour Guides of the photo lab commission system
● Encourage Tour Guides and suggest ways to increase sales
● Pick up garbage on the Patio

Computer
● Respond to email inquiries
● Producers/Photographers ONLY to handle cameras, printers and computer systems
● Producers/Photographers ONLY to work with Photoshop Computer Software

Telephone
● Answer calls and provide information on prices, hours of operation and general inquiries
from clients for photography services

Miscellaneous
● Direct passengers into the photo lab after they fly
● Sell photos, posters and USB keys
● Work on projects assigned by VP/General Manager and Marketing Department when
possible (clients come first)
● Maintain equipment for Retail Pro POS System
● Fix or have the printer, camera and computer fixed when they malfunction
● Order and stock paper, ink and any other products deemed necessary to continue
operations in a safe, healthy, clean, and efficient manner.

Health and safety responsibilities: Responsible for adhering to general health and safety
regulations. Member of Health and Safety Committee

Education – Producer/Photographers

perform this job?

Please list any professional certification/designation that is preferred for this position:
CPR, First Aid, Photoshop, Professional Photography experience is preferred.

Experience
Photography in some capacity an asset for Photographer/Producer position. Customer Service
experience an asset for sales only positions

Skills and Competencies
Technical: Speak, read and write English, Intermediate math, another language an asset,
intermediate computer skills with Photo Shop, Internet, Microsoft Suite of programs and Retail
Pro POS System, handle cash, debit and credit transactions, computerized ticket system,
operate multi-line phone, troubleshoot Retail Pro POS System, computer and ticket printer
problems
Behavioral: Skills in communication, customer service, relationship building, problem solving,
situational judgment, flexibility, self control, team leadership

Working Conditions
Scheduled work week: 9 – CLOSE Monday to Sunday (various shifts)
