Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm welcome and assist with the check-in process.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Manage phone systems efficiently, including answering calls and directing them to appropriate departments.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Requirements

Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
