Responsibilities
-Set up and break down workstation
-Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
-Label stock and inventory all ingredients
-Weigh and measure ingredients to be used
-Prepare food as per our recipes
Pay: $16 to $19 per hour
Qualifications
-Big Smile, Positive Energy, Love working with people and in the kitchen
-Experience working in a BOH position
-experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred, but not required
-Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
-Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
