Our traditional recipes & tastes have been passed down through the generations. We have banquet facilities for weddings, showers, reunions or any other event with room for up to 80 guests.

Job Description:

Prepares and cooks food, working as part of a team in kitchen. Responsible for specific stations or types of dishes, ensuring food is prepared and cooked to the restaurant’s standards, and working efficiently to meet service demands.

Typical Day:

Setting up and stocking their station.
Preparing ingredients and cooking dishes. Working during service, ensuring food is prepared and plated correctly.
Cleaning their station and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a cook.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions.
