After three years of growing my massage therapy practice, I am ready to expand and offer more availability to my current clients, as well as welcome new ones. I am looking for a skilled independent contractor who wants to build their own clientele while having access to all the tools and resources needed, without the responsibility of running a business.

Position: Independent Contractor Massage Therapist
Location: Monarch Massage and Wellness- Williamsville
Hours: Flexible, with availability for evenings and weekends
Compensation: Competitive commission-based pay (percentage of session fees), 100% of gratuities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional massage therapy services to clients based on their needs
Create a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for clients
Maintain accurate client records and follow safety protocols
Promote your services and grow your client base
Communicate effectively with clients and the team for scheduling and service preferences

Qualifications:
Valid massage therapy license (required)
Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Reliable, punctual, and professional
