Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial cleaning, custodial services, and hospitality, with proven experience in housekeeping management. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff alike.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with established cleanliness standards.
Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to foster a productive team environment.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize efficiency while meeting the needs of the facility.
Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage for reporting purposes.
Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial best practices.
Familiarity with floor care procedures and equipment is essential.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
