This position provides guests with a consistent, positive and friendly experience at Highmark Stadium. Guest Experience Ambassadors provide information on game day programs and initiatives, security screening procedures, and assist other team members in enforcing stadium rules and policies. The goal of being a Guest Experience Ambassador is to provide a safe, clean, comfortable and family friendly experience for all guests visiting Highmark Stadium.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:

  • Inspect areas for safety hazards and report issues to Event Command Center.
  • Greet all guests as they arrive, welcoming them to Highmark Stadium.
  • Inform guests of security screening, mobile ticketing and general stadium policies and procedures.
  • Manage and distribute giveaway & promotional items for guests as needed.
  • Provide accurate, detailed directions to and from stadium locations such as seating areas, restrooms, and concession areas by utilizing provided resources.
  • Enforce Wait for the Whistle policy within seating areas.
  • Promote Guest Experience programs and initiatives.
  • Proactively monitor areas throughout the stadium to ensure guest safety and enjoyment of the event.
  • Recognize and resolve customer concerns and situations effectively in conjunction with Stadium Security and Guest Experience Supervisors.
  • Assist with Lost & Found item inquiries and claims.
  • Provide a fond farewell to all guests as they leave.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong verbal and/or non-verbal communication skills.
  • Personable, engaging, outgoing.
  • Quick learner: ability to adapt to different situations.
  • Team Player – works well with others.
  • Attend mandatory training classes, all Buffalo Bills home games and additional events as required.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from Highmark Stadium.
  • Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays when required.
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older and successfully pass a background check.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Ability to understand and utilize technology, including, but not limited to iPads, iPhones, Ticket Scanners, Laptops & Radios
