Job Description:
We’re Looking For:
Prep Cooks – Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
Line Cooks – Fast, focused, and confident under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily prep of ingredients and station setup
Execute dishes to recipe and plating standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
Communicate effectively with kitchen team and chef
Follow safety and food handling procedures
Support team during busy service periods
Restock and clean stations at end of shift
Qualifications:
Passion for cooking and interest in Italian cuisine
Ability to follow direction and work in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but not required—we train
Evening and weekend availability required
