Baking Basics Micro-credential
Baking Basics will provide a basic education in baking and pastry skills and techniques. In addition, students will learn about industry operations and basic sanitation.- PAS 100 Baking Theories and Principles, 3 credits
- PAS 110 Baking Foundations, 2 credits
- PAS 101 Breads and Rolls, 4 credits
