    NFCI Career Fair 

  • Venue: Niagara Falls Culinary Institute
  • Address: 28 Old Falls St., Niagara Falls, NY 14303
  • Parking: Complimentary parking is available at the First Street parking garage.
  • Important: Take a ticket upon entry, drive to the third level, and park to the left toward the Culinary Institute. 

Bring your parking ticket inside for validation at the front desk.

  • Check-in: Take the elevator to the first floor to check in at the Culinary Institute desk.
  • Practice a short “elevator pitch” (about 30 seconds) that includes your name, program of study, career interests, and what you’re hoping to learn or pursue. Keep it simple and natural, you don’t need to sound rehearsed.
  • Students can get help creating or practicing their pitch with Kate Murphy, Career and Transfer Coordinator, in the Student Success Center.
  • Bring multiple copies of your resume (Student Success Center can print for you). Make sure it’s up to date, clearly formatted, and highlights relevant skills, coursework, or work experience.

    • What entry-level roles do you hire for?
