Job Description:

We are seeking 2 dedicated Pharmacy Technicians to join our team! We are hiring two part-time positions (up to 30 hours/ week) with starting salary commensurate with experience. Our store hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in filling and dispensing medications, managing inventory, maintaining patient records, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:
– Assist a licensed pharmacist, as directed, in preparing, packaging, labeling, and dispensing of valid prescriptions.
– Communicate with patients, facilities, payors, and prescribers regarding prescriptions.
– Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed medications and supplies, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, and removing outdated drugs.
– Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills:
– Proficiency in customer service and patient care
– Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
– Experience with comingling adherence packaging
– Ability to preparing medications with precision
– Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
