Job Description:
Moriarty Meats & Cafe is a whole animal butcher shop and café that values craftsmanship, creativity, and community. We’re looking for a full-time Line Cook to split time between our café kitchen and butchery operations. This is a unique opportunity to grow your culinary skills while learning from skilled butchers in a supportive, small-team environment.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare thoughtfully crafted, seasonal dishes using house-butchered meats and locally sourced produce.
Learn butchery fundamentals and assist with meat prep and value-added production.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and butcher space.
Work collaboratively with the café and butcher teams to ensure seamless, high-quality service.

Skills/Qualifications
Candidates should have a culinary degree and 2 years of kitchen experience. Compensation is commensurate with experience, from $18-$22/hr.
