The duties will vary from position to position, depending on the assignment. Interns will perform duties such as GIS, engineering, research, policy and planning, surveying, administration, environmental science, landscape architecture, etc. Student Assistants will report to professional level staff performing various duties to achieve the mission of the agency.
Positions are located statewide.
Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations.
Minimum Qualifications: Must have completed at least 12 credit hours of college study and be currently enrolled in an accredited degree program.
