Job Description:

• Analyze and resolve discrepancies on customer account balances. This includes, but is not limited to, correction and/or creation to policy lines of business, issuing customer refunds, and writing off of fees
• Export/receive and save monthly insurance company commission statement data
• Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly carrier transaction reports
• Mail customer notifications for returned/disputed payments
• Calculate and issue refunds for customer overpayments
• Add refund check data to customer accounts
• Verify accuracy of customer refund and return premium checks
• Log and track returned mail

Performs operational support duties that include assisting the Retail Insurance Agency in resolving customer account data discrepancies, escalated issues, and overpayments on auto insurance policies.

$500 sign on bonus is being offered for the individual hired into this role
