Snow Crew Member

We are a family owned Commercial Landscape Company that services the Rochester & Buffalo areas.

R.M. Landscape is a growing company with a large portfolio of commercial properties in which we provide superior snow and ice management services throughout Western NY. Our Snow Removal Crew Member will utilize snow management techniques in order to keep our clients’ sites clear of snow and reduce the hazards of ice. The ideal candidate must love working outdoors in all type of cold weather in this challenging position. We value reliability and commitment and offer a competitive package to the right candidate.

Pay: $24.00/hr

Responsibilities:

Clear sidewalks of snow & ice using snow shovels, sidewalk plows, and/or snow blowers (as assigned)
Apply salt or de-icing chemicals (as directed)
Clean and load up trucks (as assigned)
Load materials (as directed)
Other site-specific duties (as assigned)
Job Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid NYS Driver License (Preferred)
Experience using shovels, snow blowers for snow removal (Preferred)
Experience using sidewalk plows or ATVs (Preferred)
Ability to perform physical work and walking long distances in various weather conditions (Required)
Reliable transportation and ability to commute (Required)
Open/Flexible Availability during Snow Season (Preferred)
Ability to follow all safety guidelines and fuse safety equipment (Required)
