*Job Summary:**
McDuffie’s Bakery is seeking a dedicated and dependable Afternoon Baker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of coffee cakes, breads, and dessert breads. This position is crucial to our daily production and ensuring our customers enjoy the high-quality baked goods they have come to expect from us.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 hour

**Responsibilities:**
– Prepare and bake coffee cakes, breads, and dessert breads according to recipes and production schedules.
– Maintain daily production levels to meet customer demand.
– Ensure all baked goods meet McDuffie’s Bakery’s quality standards.
– Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
– Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Requirements:**
– Must be dependable with reliable transportation.
– Previous baking experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
– Ability to follow recipes and production schedules.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Must be able to work Sunday through Thursday, from 2 PM to 10 PM, with some flexibility in hours.
