The Fieldstone County Inn is hiring multiple positions in their busy restaurant in Lockport, New York!
BUSSER
- Responsible for providing a clean dining experience by clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables.
- Ensures the restaurant is well stocked with necessary items which include but are not limited to the following: to go containers, silverware, napkins, etc.
- Welcoming and seating customers when needed
- Taking customer orders and communicating them effectively to the kitchen
- Serves customers with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner
- Remove empty dishes from tables and to clean the floors and tables after the service ends.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and fully stocked dining room
- Plans, prepares and cooks food items to ensure high quality service in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Works with others to help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently
- Ensures proper food handling, sanitation m and follows food storage procedures.
