We are looking for a full-time employee to join our production team in our bakery. As a member of our production team, you’ll be responsible for:

• all things making and packaging Platter’s finest cookies, pastries and more.
• A key part of this position is decorating shortbread cookies!

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves to work with food, specifically chocolate and confections. You will have the opportunity to work in the Sweetest Destination in WNY. Pay: $15.00-$17.00/hour About Platter’s Chocolate Factory: Platter’s Chocolate Factory, located in the historic Wurlitzer building in North Tonawanda, New York has been crafting specialty chocolates since 1938. A visit to our location will include multiple viewing areas, where you can see our candy making processes. You can enjoy treats from our Coffee Café, Ice Cream Shoppe and Chocolate Store, while relaxing by our fireplace, factory viewing area or outdoor patio.
