Part Time Assistant Teacher Toddler and Preschool (Grant Funded)

General Description:

Suny Niagara’s Child Development Center is seeking a part time grant-funded Assistant Teacher. Suny Niagara Child Development Center serves children ages 18 months – 4 years old. The work hours of this position will be Monday – Friday for a maximum of 28 hours per week. This is a 10 month position from late August through mid-May (approximately 30 weeks). Reliable transportation to and from work is an expectation.

In order to build and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates to meet our present and future needs for this position, Suny Niagara will accept applications on a continuous basis. Openings may or may not exist at this time. Applications are evaluated on an as-needed basis, and candidates will be contacted when the department has an opening. Candidates who submit their information may or may not be notified as to the status of their application.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; minimum of 18 years of age.
