Part Time Surgical Technology Clinical Instructor

General Description:
SUNY Niagara is seeking candidates for part-time Surgical Technology Instructors to teach clinical in a Surgical Services department: 12 hours per week (2 days, 6 hours each) in the Surgical Technology Associate Degree Program.
The remuneration for persons teaching at least 3 credits in a semester will be: $884 per lecture hour/$792 per lab hour.
The clinical assignments will be held twice per week either with a 6 hour lab or a 12 hour lab. This position is an exempt position and the compensation earned would be $4,752 for a 6 hour lab or $9,504 for a 12 hour lab.
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
- Recent (within 5 years) surgery experience.
